Experience New Zealand in style and luxury
Experience New Zealand in style and luxury
Whether it's for a weekend or for few weeks, our multi-day tours provide access to some of New Zealand's most pristine landscapes, locations and luxury accomodation. The beauty of these tours is that you can choose to add as much or as little as you like. Simply give us an indication of what you want to see and do, who you are traveling with, and we can take care of everything.
If there are activities you're already interested in, we can absolutely combine them to build a unique adventure catered to your tastes and interests. It's what we enjoy doing most, and it means that you can confidently return home knowing that you've experienced the best of our country.
Throughout the South Island, we can arrange all your accomodation, activities and transfers, provide lunches and recommend dinner options. Our skilled and experienced drivers, guides – and our wider network of pilots and captains – are all highly-experienced. They know exactly where you want to stop for the best pictures; especially in places where it seems the view gets better with every turn.
Taking time to truly experience the South Island provides an opportunity to gain an insight like no other. Through the eyes of your local guide, it's possible to experience all four seasons if you arrive at the right time of year. From the sunny vineyards of Nelson in the north; down past seal colonies in Kaikoura and over Arthur's Pass at the centre of the Main Divide; further south through Mount Aspiring National Park to the places we call home: Queenstown, Milford Sound and the rest of Central Otago and the West Coast.
That's but one route of many. With so many ways you can see our beautiful country, it pays to know the right people on the ground. Be sure to contact us, and together let's make your New Zealand adventure truly unforgettable.
If your proposed journey includes the North Island, we're more than able to join you too.

Thank you Lee for a great experience in New Zealand. One of the best trips EVER!!! You are both very knowledgeable about your country. They mapped out our adventure & made all accommodations (which were amazing). I highly recommend giving them a call. New friends across the pond.. Bloody wonderful.Patty USA
Our family of four (children 13,17) just returned to Florida from a spring break 2019 New Zealand trip. That is a long way (jet lag!) and they drive on the wrong side of the road! For the 5 days we spent in the South Island we were fortunate to have Lee Saunders as our driver, guide, and confident. He picked us up at the Christchurch airport and drove us to our Lake Pukaki Villa and later to Queenstown. In between and during he took us to a MT. Cook glacier helicopter tour and glacier walk (picture to follow), a glacier lake boat tour, a couple of wine tastings, a bicycle ride, a jet boat river tour (very exciting!), and a super spectacular Mission Impossible level glacier/ Milford Sound Helicopter ride and boat cruise. He was very helpful with restaurant reservations and tips on where to buy quality New Zealand items; I bought the ladies each a nifty gold pendant that contains gold flakes from a local gold mine. I think he knows everyone in Queenstown. He was always punctual, friendly, helpful, and happy to share information about the area. Even if we were a bit brain dead he would volunteer ideas on things to do. My son loves to film and Lee was helpful on good locations for pictures and happy to stop. When he completes his traditional post trip video I will post it. We always felt very confident we were in good hands with Lee and will definitely use him when we return to New Zealand.Anasazi Parkland, Florida
We spent a week in Queenstown using Lee and Alpine Luxury Tours to book several outings: two hikes (one on the famous Routeburn trail) one helicopter day trip to Milford sound with lunch, and an afternoon of wine tasting. Lee was friendly, professional and accessible at every stage of the trip, particularly as weather changes called for flexibility in our itinerary with the helicopter tour and also to change a planned hike on a particularly rainy day to a driving tour of Wanaka. On the walking days we were guided by the delightful and knowledgeable Lisa who shared so much about the flora, fauna, history, culture and adventure sports in the Queenstown area. Lee personally guided us on the wine tour and his deep local relationships and great knowledge of the region and local wines made for a fun, informative, and indulgent afternoon. The heli tour to Milford Sound with Craig was a highlight - memorable views and a picnic lunch in an unbelievably scenic spot - waterfalls, snow-capped peaks, a delicious wine and sandwiches — we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend choosing Alpine luxury tours.IndyBee
