- Cancellations of previously confirmed services notified more than 48 hours before the commencement of services will not be charged, with the exception of third party costs Alpine Luxury Tours has incurred as a result of the cancellation (activities etc.).
- Cancellations of services between 24 hours to 48 hours of the booked pick up time will be charged at 50% of the confirmed price, with the exception of third party costs Alpine Luxury Tours has incurred as a result of the cancellation (hotels, activities, contracted guiding services, etc.), which may be charged at 100%.
- Cancellations of services within 24 hours of the booked pick up time will be charged at 100% of the confirmed price. » ‘No shows’ or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Alpine Luxury Tours operates in a range of weather conditions, however the safety and enjoyment of our guests are our priority.
If weather conditions significantly affect the ability to operate a tour or experience, Alpine Luxury Tours will endeavour to reschedule or modify the trip where possible.
Where an alternative date or suitable alternative experience cannot be arranged due to weather, Alpine Luxury Tours will provide a full refund for the affected services.
Weather-related decisions will be made by Alpine Luxury Tours in consultation with relevant operators and suppliers, with safety being the primary consideration.
Third-Party Services
Where a booking includes third-party services such as helicopter flights, cruises, accommodation, private chefs or other experiences, additional cancellation conditions imposed by the relevant supplier may apply.
By confirming a booking with Alpine Luxury Tours, guests acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
Payments:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless previous credit facilities or payment schedule have been approved.
- All prices are quoted in NZD.
Alpine Luxury Tours will endeavour to accommodate any changes made to dates and times of pre-booked services to avoid implementing the above cancellation clauses, as well as use its discretion for unforeseen circumstances such as illness and flight disruptions and we recommend Travel Insurance.
