LEE SAUNDERS – GUIDE AND FOUNDER OF ALPINE LUXURY TOURS
With over 12 years Experience in the Tourism industry Lee’s passion for showing people New Zealand is evident as soon as you meet him. Having grown up in and around Queenstown, he knows the region like the back of his hand; and if there’s somewhere he hasn’t been, it’s likely because he knows at least five places that beat it.

As Alpine Luxury Tours’ founder, he’s built a number of key relationships over the years having travelled the globe visiting various country’s. They allow us customise any experience at a moment’s notice to ensure you see the best of Queenstown and New Zealand when visiting.
ROB – HEAD GUIDE
With over 10 years’ local guiding experience.Anyone looking for exciting experiences will love Rob’s enthusiastic style. Born to Dutch parents and raised in the North Island, Rob has called Queenstown home since the early 2000s. Having lived in the UK and UAE, he’s a well-travelled guide who’s passions include snowboarding, motorbikes, fishing, wakeboarding, camping and cricket.
A self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie, he also holds an Advanced Diploma in Tourism Operations and Guiding.
TREVOR – GUIDE
With over 9 years of local guiding experience and having lived in Queenstown 30+years and originally from Perth WA. Trevor is a trained chef and and has worked over the world in the past years. His local Knowledge of the region and beyond makes him a valuable asset to the Team at Alpine Luxury Tours
Interests include the outdoors, Soaking up this beautiful environment,Bike riding, golf, meeting new people and is also a keen traveller.
BEN – GUIDE
With over 11 years’ experience in the tourism industry Ben has guided people all over the country. He has spent time traveling and living overseas.
On meeting him you will hear his passion for New Zealand. Growing up in the South Island and now living in the Queenstown area he has spent a lot of time wandering along rivers and hiking in the mountains.
Interests include exploring forests, collecting books, following golf balls around manicured landscapes, hiking, rafting when ever given the opportunity and enjoying locally made products while relaxing in the great outdoors.
DANI – GUIDE /ADMIN
With over 9 years of local guiding and international guiding experience and having lived in Queenstown for a number of years. Dani is a trained Jet boat driver having driven for companies over New Zealand and has worked over the world in the past years from River Guiding in Japan and in New Zealand to Driving jet boats in Queenstown. With a Certificate in Outdoor Education and a Diploma in Instruction and Guiding. Her local Knowledge of the region and beyond makes her a valuable asset to the Team at Alpine Luxury Tours.
Interests include the hiking, the outdoors, Soaking up this beautiful environment, bike riding, wineries, meeting new people and is also a keen traveller with her partner Lee the owner and founder of Alpine Luxury Tours.
Dani also heads up the Admin team for Alpine Luxury Tours
JAMIE – GUIDE
With over 11 years’ local guiding experience, Jamie passions include teaching, travel, wine and New Zealand’s great outdoors. A fully qualified Outdoor Leader, Jamie is also obtained his WSET Level 2, making him an ideal guide for guests with a passion for fine views as well as fine vintages.
When he’s not busy showcasing Queenstown’s vibrant wineries and outstanding landscapes, you’ll find him scaling local mountain peaks, snowboarding or relaxing over a round of golf.
DYLAN – GUIDE
With 12 years in the tourism industry, his passion for Wine, environment and meeting new guests from all over the world shines through. Dylan spent his wild years enjoying Queenstown and the Southern Lakes, skiing, climbing and hiking.
Dylan’s personality shines through his tours to Milford Sound and beyond.
