Begin your journey with a luxury transfer from your accommodation, your private guide will then introduce you to the Moke Lake Loop Hike and take you alongside Lake Wakatipu then head inland through farmland to the vista of Moke Lake.

Start your hike at the trailhead, firstly deciding to go in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction, as this is a loop track in either direction takes you along the shores of the lake. Keep an eye out for the local Horses, sheep and cows, as your guide explains the workings of the farm. The native flora is enjoyed halfway around, Beech, Mountain Wildberry and Ferns can all be found on this trail.
Following the boardwalks that cover the wetland sections of the hike with undulating sections scattered in between. Moke Lake Loop is roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) and is surrounded by a mountain landscape.

Concluding your hike, enjoy morning or afternoon tea, whilst watching over the paradise ducks on the lake. Before your guide transfers you back to your accommodation.
