What to Expect from the Paradise Wilderness Tour:
Scenic Road Transfer Firstly, depart from Queenstown in a luxury vehicle with a personal driver-guide, enjoying a picturesque journey to Glenorchy, where there’s an opportunity for scenic photo stops.
Helicopter Flight & Alpine Hike Hop aboard a private heli for sweeping aerial views of Lake Wakatipu and the dramatic Dart and Rees Valleys. Land at the remote Earnslaw Burn for a guided hike through pristine native forest toward spectacular waterfalls. The setting is within Mount Aspiring National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Jet Boat Adventure Following the hike, you’ll be shortly transported via helicopter to the Dart River, where a private jet boat driver-guide leads a thrilling ride through glacier-fed waters and braided alpine channels, framed by awe-inspiring scenery. Informative stories of the region’s rich local history and Māori legends accompany the journey.
Gourmet Lunch & Return Afterwards, conclude the adventure with a delightful lunch at Miss Woolly’s in Glenorchy, then enjoy a scenic drive back to Queenstown.
