Starting your day, your private driver will pick you up from your Queenstown accommodation and pause at Mora wines to experience their local cellar door, learn from the knowledgeable hosts that will take you through a few of their popular wines during a tasting. Then your driver will transport you through Gibbston Valley and the Kawarau Gorge, past Cromwell and the stunning Lake Dunstan. When you arrive at Vale Barn (the beautiful Mora Wines exclusive Cellar Door) your host will welcome you onto the property.
The Vale Vineyard at nearly 5ha, is a collection of Pinot Noir grapes and a Certified Organic Vineyard. With your host you will sample fresh, vibrant and pure wines from the world’s southernmost wine region. During your exclusive tasting your host will include 4-5 Mora Wines with a cheeseboard, sampling some of the best Central Otago produce. The Vale Barn is where your wine tasting will conclude, with rustic charm offering uninterrupted views of the Lowburn / Pisa ranges. With exclusive use of this vineyard, you are welcome to wander the vines and experience the cellar door barn without the interruption of other visitors.
At the conclusion of the tour, you will board your private helicopter to soar high above the vineyard, taking in the scenic sights of Central Otago. Experience a scenic landing at a stunning alpine landings, stop with options for more photos of this incredible experience. Finally the helicopter descends towards Queenstown to end your wonderful day.
